We act as your advocate through the entire construction process to ensure the end result matches your vision.

It’s tempting to start talking to contractors as soon as you decide that you want to renovate your home, but that’s putting the cart before the horse. The first part of your team you’ll need to get in place is your Architect or Designer. That’s where we come in.

What will this cost?

We charge an hourly rate for our services (no percentage of build out). If purchasing, we take on all responsibility for a small procurement fee and pass our discounts on to our clients.

Design cost varies widely per project, but after our initial site visit an estimated range can be made upon request.

What is the timeline?

Design time for a single family home (prior to construction) is typically around 2-4 months. This depends on the scope of work, permitting, the amount of decision makers, and the speed at which the client is comfortable going.
